Gloria's Potato & Ham Bake

Main Dish:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 Tbsp. butter
1 cup sour cream (8 oz. carton)
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 medium chopped onion
2 cups fully cooked cubed ham
1 bag  (thawed) frozen Southern Style Hash Brown Potatoes

Topping:
4 Tbsp. butter
3/4 cup crushed cornflakes

  • In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients.  Mix well.  
  • Stir in ham and potatoes.  
  • Spread into a 9" x 13" baking dish.
  • Sprinkle topping over potato mixture.
  • Bake uncovered at 350' for about 1 hour or until tender.
